Knickers to that

Joseph Corre, co-owner of Agent Provocateur was recently reported in the Guadian newspaper  as having stated that he would give back his MBE for services to the world of fashion.  As the son of Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren, his anti-establishment credentials have always been there, and so you can understand his reluctance to accept something like this from Tony Blair.

Agent provocateurWhen asked about Mr Corre’s decision to return the MBE, a Cabinet office spokeswoman said that it had not heard anything from his team notifying them of Mr Corre’s subsequent change of heart, and neither had Downing Street.

“We have not heard anything from him. However if he wants to go back on it, it is a fairly easy process. He just needs to let someone know and they won’t invite him to the investiture where the Queen hands out the medals,” the spokeswoman said.

So i guess its knickers to that then ;-)
